The unusual combination of ingredients in this salad dressing comes together for what I think it the perfect dressing to put on any green salad.

Ingredients
1/4cupolive oil(original recipe calls for vegetable oil, feel free to substitute)
1/4cupcashews
3Tbsp.honey
1Tbsp.fresh lemon juice
2tsp.white wine vinegar(original recipe calls for distilled white vinegar, feel free to substitute)
1.5tsp.dried dillweed
3/4tsp.light soy sauce(I used low-sodium)
2clovesgarlic, peeled
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until very smooth. Store in a covered jar in the refrigerator. Shake well before using. This is great over any type of salad!
